Product Description:

The Multiprogrammer Phoenix/Smartmouse Ver. 3.5 is a serial smartcard and microcontroller programmer supporting Phoenix 3.58 MHz and Smartmouse 3.58 MHz modes.

It is designed for programming Microchip PIC microcontrollers with ICSP as well as Atmel-based smartcards, including Funcards based on AT90S8515A. An onboard microcontroller handles all time-critical programming operations, ensuring safe and reliable chip programming.

The programmer connects via RS-232 serial port and is powered by a 9V battery or an optional external 9V power supply. An internal step-up switching regulator precisely generates the required 13V programming voltage.

The integrated Phoenix/Smartmouse interface allows communication with all ISO7816 smartcards, including GSM SIM cards.
