1. Terms of Purchase
When placing an order, a purchase agreement is not considered complete until SATellitproffsen has confirmed the order through an email order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by SATellitproffsen’s database without manual review. In the event of any errors, such as incorrect pricing, delivery times, etc., we reserve the right to correct these afterwards.
When placing an order, agreements can only be made in Swedish. The agreements are archived by SATellitproffsen and are available through SATellitproffsen Customer Service.
2. Price
All prices include 25% VAT. Once an order has been confirmed, prices can only be changed due to circumstances beyond SATellitproffsen’s control, such as significant changes in raw material prices, currency fluctuations, or changes in VAT.
3. Deliveries & Delivery Time
The normal delivery time is 1–8 working days after we have received your order. In cases where a product must be ordered from the supplier, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Information about delivery time is stated under the Stock Status button on our website. Notification of any deviations from the normal delivery time or from the information on the website will be provided together with your order confirmation. You will then, of course, have the right to cancel or modify your order.
Letter
Orders with low weight and volume can be delivered by letter. This option can only be used when payment is made by card, direct bank payment, or cash on delivery. The order will then be delivered directly to your mailbox.
Postal Package
Orders weighing less than 35 kg can be delivered as a Postal Package. This means that the goods will arrive at Posten’s Service Point, such as a nearby grocery store or gas station in your area. When the goods have arrived at the Service Point, a notification will be sent to your home. You can then collect your order from the specified Service Point.
Business Package / Postal Package
If you have received a damaged item, you should take it to Posten (Business Center) and report it as a shipping damage. It must be packed in the original box, complete with all packaging materials, exactly as it arrived, so that Posten can carry out a proper inspection. If several parcels are damaged, each parcel must be reported separately. It is important that you do this as soon as possible.
Then ask Posten to fax a confirmation of this to us at 040-300083. Once we receive the fax, we will send you a replacement item.
If you consider the damage minor and feel that you can accept it without returning the product, we will arrange for you to receive an additional discount on your next purchase instead.
Business Package / Business Address
When ordering as a company and choosing Business Package as the delivery method, the delivery will only be made to the company’s delivery address, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. Posten delivers without contacting you in advance. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notification will be left, and you can then collect your order from Postcenter or Posten’s depot.
Please note! As a private individual, you cannot choose Business Package as a delivery option. It applies only to companies with a business address, not to P.O. boxes.
Delivery Delay
If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything within our power to complete your order. However, there may be situations where it is impossible to fulfill the order — for example, if our supplier is unable to meet their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer related to delivery delays.
Transport Risk
We are responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You are responsible for the risk in the event of a return shipment to us.
Replacement Item
If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we may instead send an equivalent replacement item. You have full return rights and will be refunded for both the product and the shipping cost if you are not satisfied. In case of return, please contact our Customer Service at tel. +46(0)40-300083 to receive a return shipping label.
Split Order
If one of the items you ordered has a significantly longer delivery time than the others, we may, in some cases, split your order. As a customer, you will never have to pay more than the originally agreed shipping cost.
Unclaimed Orders
If you do not collect your package, we will be forced to charge you for the shipping costs and a handling fee.
4. Payment & Security
SATellitproffsen lists all prices including VAT. Shipping fees and any cash-on-delivery charges are added as stated above.
No other taxes or fees apply.
Refunds
Any refunds will primarily be made to your bank account, personal account, or bank giro account, and secondly via payment notice.
The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date we have received and approved your return.
You can choose between the following payment options
Account or Credit Card
Enter your card number and the card’s expiration date. To protect both us and our customers against credit card fraud, all card payments are verified through 3D Secure. The funds are reserved in your account when the order is placed.
Encryption
The entry of your card details is protected by encryption, which means that no unauthorized party can access your information. The technology used for this is called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is based on asymmetric public key encryption. This encryption protects the data transmitted from your web browser to the payment server. The payment information is sent directly to our payment processor (www.nets.eu

5. Warranties
Warranties / Complaints
SATellitproffsen sells all products with a one-year warranty. We have carefully selected our partners and offer nationwide service to provide you, as a customer, with a first-class warranty process.
The product warranty covers only original defects, i.e. faults that existed in the product at the time of delivery. If the issue is due to incorrect handling or improper settings, we must charge you for the cost through our service centers. This also applies if no fault is found in the product or if the damage was caused by the customer.
No Warranty on the following products: Satellite dishes, antennas, programmable modules, CardLink, tuners, electronic components and circuits, as well as IPTV services such as GLWIZ and ITC.
Your invoice/warranty certificate is, for simplicity, the same document. It should be placed on the outside of the package in a plastic sleeve or inside the package. Please keep this document safe, as it is required when using the warranty.
We do not refund shipping or return costs, especially for free-shipping products. If you cancel a purchase that included free shipping, we will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred and refund only the product price, provided your return is approved.
The Company's Right When the Device Has Not Been Collected on Time
If the device has not been collected on time, the company – in accordance with the law regarding a trader’s right to sell uncollected goods – has the right to sell or dispose of the device three months after notifying the consumer to collect it. Any surplus from the sale will be refunded to the consumer. If the device is not collected within 14 days after the agreed time, the consumer is obliged to pay a reasonable storage fee.
6. Returns & Refunds
All returns must be sent with PostNord, DHL, or another carrier that delivers directly to our store. Returns sent to a pickup point will not be collected. Returns should be sent to:

According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without providing a specific reason. SATellitproffsen follows the Distance Selling Act and additionally offers you a Right of Withdrawal / Open Purchase within 14 days from the date you received the item. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising the Right of Withdrawal or Open Purchase within 14 days — see below under the section “How to Make a Return.”
According to Section 10 of the Distance Contracts Act, the Right of Withdrawal does not apply if the agreement concerns:
- A service where the performance has begun with the consumer’s consent during the withdrawal period. Examples of products that fall under this category include subscriptions.
A product that, due to its nature, cannot be returned or that may quickly deteriorate or become outdated. Examples of such products include ink cartridges, cooling fans, projectors, etc.
A sealed audio or video recording or a sealed computer program where the seal has been broken.
No Open Purchase applies to the following products: Satellite dishes, connectors, antennas, motors, burners, CardLink, measuring instruments, programmable modules, tuners, Linux receivers, software receivers, electronic components and circuits, and custom-order products.
The 14-day Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase does not apply to companies.
When invoking the Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase, we ask that the following be considered:
- Meddela till SATellitproffsen kundservice och returnera beställningen inom 14 dagar efter det att du har mottagit beställningen eller en väsentlig del av den.
- Varan ska vara i oförändrat skick, dvs oanvänd, ej förstörd eller skadad.
- Returnera varan produktkartongen med det avsedda inneremballaget.
- Varan ska vara komplett. Detta innebär att alla tillbehör såsom fjärrkontroll, bruksanvisning, batterier m.m. ska gå med i returen.
- Vi har inget öppet köp på motorer och Paraboler, Antenner, programbar moduler, CardLink, Linky, Tuner o elektronik komponenter och kretser samt IPTV tjänster som GLWIZ, ITC och Tv Programkort
- Varan ska skickas som brev om den är under 2kg, mer än 2kg skickas den som postpaket och för snabbare hantering skickas den som företagspaket.
SATellitproffsen reserves the right, in cases where the return is incomplete, to charge the cost price for any missing parts. If the user manual or remote control is missing, a fee of SEK 500 will be charged. SATellitproffsen will not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
How to Make a Return
- 1. Send an email to order(a)satpro.se and wait for approval from us.
2. Pack the product carefully and include your order number inside the package.
If your return weighs less than 20 kg, send it via Posten’s service point.
For returns over 20 kg, please contact our Customer Service to receive a return shipping label. This is because Posten’s service points cannot handle parcels weighing more than 20 kg. The payment for the return shipping will be adjusted at the time of your refund.Please note that you are responsible for the transport back to us. Pack the item securely. Always use the product box with the intended inner packaging. Therefore, remember to keep this box for at least the 14 days during which the Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase applies.
Always send returns containing valuable goods as registered mail. Keep the receipt!
For In-Store Purchases
For purchases of products where we, on behalf of the customer, assemble, modify hardware, or install software other than what the product is originally delivered with, or in any other way alter the product from its original condition, open purchase is not offered.
7. Complaint
SATellitproffsen inspects every shipment before it is sent to you. Should the item still be damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will correct the error free of charge.
Please note! It is important that you make a proper report.
- Visible damage: Must be reported directly to the driver upon receipt of the item.
- Hidden damage: Must be reported to SATellitproffsen’s Customer Service within 3 days of receiving the item.
A product that we have determined to be incorrectly delivered or damaged will be replaced if you wish, or we will refund the purchase amount and the shipping cost. However, if you have ordered multiple items and only return one of them, we will not refund the full shipping cost.
8. Companies & Public Administration
SATellitproffsen offers companies (limited liability companies only) and public administrations the option to purchase on invoice. To make this possible, we require complete company information. A credit application form can be found under “Companies and Public Administration” on our website: www.satpro.se Please note that you must complete the application by faxing a copy of the company registration certificate along with a signed order/requisition from an authorized purchaser or company signatory to SATellitproffsen; Accounting Department; fax no. +46(0)40-305083.
Open purchase does not apply to companies or public administrations.
9. Environmental Responsibility
SATellitproffsen assumes producer responsibility in accordance with Environmental Regulation 2000:208. This means that SATellitproffsen undertakes to take care of your old electronic device free of charge, while you cover the shipping/delivery to us, when purchasing a new product with the same function. For example, if you buy a new TV from us, you can hand in your old TV. SATellitproffsen then ensures that your end-of-life electronic product is recycled in a correct manner.
This must be notified/performed at the time of purchase and proceeds as follows if you shop via the internet:
Send an email to order@satpro.sestating your order number for your new purchase and that you intend to send an “electronic waste” item to us. Please note that this must be notified at the time of ordering and cannot be notified afterwards.
10. GDPR
On May 25, 2018, the new law GDPR came into effect. It is a unified regulation ensuring that the same rules apply throughout all of Europe. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL), which had been in effect since 1988. With GDPR, all organizations, retailers, and companies are required to take greater responsibility for managing and protecting their customers’ data.

SATellitproffsen is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us as a customer. This information is processed by us to administer your purchases and, if you have subscribed to our newsletter, for marketing purposes. SATellitproffsen does not disclose personal data, email addresses, or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the third point below.
As an e-commerce retailer, SATellitproffsen is obligated to ensure that your information is processed according to the following:
We store your name, address, email, and phone number in order to deliver your ordered goods.
We store your name, address, email, phone number (mobile), and personal identification number when you make a purchase.
We share your address with third parties, in this case, the carriers DHL and/or Postnord, and the payment services (PayPal), Svea Ekonomi, Reco, and Prisjakt.
You have the right to request deletion from our systems at any time (with certain limitations, such as those required by the Accounting Act).
We store your purchase information for 7 years due to accounting regulations.
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
You have the right to know the source of the information if it was not provided by you personally.
Through our newsletters, we may send offers customized based on your data stored with us, and you have the right to know on what basis these offers are made.
You have the right to receive a summary of all the information we have about your account with us.
The personal data we process includes your:
- Organization number / Personal identification number
- Company name
- Contact person
- Email address
- Username
- Purchase, payment, and order history
- Delivery address
- Billing address and phone number
- Areas of use
The information may be used for identification, marketing, mail/email correspondence, newsletters, and statistical purposes. When registering as a new customer, credit checks may also be conducted. All handling of personal data is carried out with the highest level of security. If any of the information you have provided to us changes — for example, if you change your email address, name, or payment details — please provide us with the correct information by contacting your sales representative or our customer service. You have the right at any time to request that your personal data be corrected, blocked, or deleted. You can also contact us at any time to opt out of marketing directed toward you as a customer.
How long is the information stored?
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations to you and for as long as required by statutory retention periods.

11. Terms of Purchase for Customers in Norway
All Norwegian customers pay in advance. Submit your order and you will receive all the details on how payment is to be made. Delivery time is approximately 7–20 days.
If you live near the Swedish border, we recommend that you order the goods “poste restante” to a Swedish post office and collect them there. This way, you will receive your package faster and avoid certain fees. You pay at the Swedish post office when collecting your package. Swedish shipping rates apply.
Here are the addresses of some common Swedish post offices near the Norwegian border, but we can also ship to others without any problem.
12. Shipping Information
You can view the shipping cost and delivery time by clicking on the shopping cart. We primarily use DHL and Postnord, but in some cases also UPS and TNT. The shipping cost varies depending on the weight and volume of the order, but some products are also shipped free of charge, indicated by a “Free Shipping” icon.
If products with Free Shipping are combined with products that have a shipping cost, the order will be based on the item with the shipping charge.
Products weighing under 2 kg are usually delivered as letter parcels for faster delivery.
