The Maximum XO-R2 Universal Twin Rod LNB is a high-performance, extra-slim Twin LNB specifically designed for satellite installations receiving multiple orbital positions.
Its slim construction and 23 mm mounting neck allow several LNBs to be positioned close together on a multifeed holder. This makes it an excellent choice for receiving satellite positions spaced as closely as approximately 3°, depending on the dish size, construction and installation location.
The LNB has two independent outputs and can be connected to two separate satellite receivers or one receiver equipped with two tuners. Each connected tuner can select its frequency band and polarisation independently.
With a specified noise figure of 0.1 dB, gain of up to 65 dB and high frequency stability, the XO-R2 provides reliable reception in demanding multifeed installations. A 23-to-40 mm adapter is included, making the LNB compatible with both slim and standard LNB holders.

🔧 Use and Connection
The Maximum XO-R2 can be installed directly in a 23 mm LNB holder or in a standard 40 mm LNB holder using the included adapter.
Its two outputs are connected using separate coaxial cables to two satellite receivers or both inputs on a dual-tuner receiver. Each tuner can then control the frequency band and polarisation independently.
For multifeed installations, the LNB is fitted to a suitable multifeed holder and adjusted individually for the required satellite position. Reception of satellites spaced approximately 3° apart also depends on the dish size, holder, geographical location and LNB positioning.
