The Kathrein CAS 06 is a premium compact offset satellite dish designed for users who require stable reception, long service life and a robust installation. The reflector is manufactured from powder-coated aluminium. The feed-system support arm is made from galvanised, plastic-coated sheet steel, while the mast bracket is manufactured from hot-dip galvanised sheet steel. The construction is designed for long-term outdoor use and good resistance to weather and corrosion.
Thanks to its offset design, the CAS 06 provides excellent electrical performance in relation to its compact dimensions. The antenna offers a maximum gain of 35.9 dBi and can be installed on masts with a diameter of 38–60 mm.
With a suitable multifeed holder and compatible feed systems, the dish can be used for reception from satellite positions such as Astra 19.2° East and Eutelsat Hot Bird 13° East.

📡 Multifeed Reception
With a suitable multifeed holder and compatible feed systems, the Kathrein CAS 06 can be used to receive signals from multiple satellite positions.

🔧 Installation
The Kathrein CAS 06 is installed on a stable, vertically aligned mast or a compatible wall bracket. The mast diameter must be within the specified clamp range of 38–60 mm.
After installation, the antenna is carefully aligned in azimuth and elevation towards the required satellite. Elevation can be adjusted between 5 and 45 degrees, while azimuth can be adjusted through 360 degrees.
Use a satellite signal meter for accurate final alignment. The mast, wall bracket and fixings must be rated for the antenna’s weight and specified wind load.
Professional installation is recommended for optimum reception and safety.
