The EMP-Centauri S16/1PCP-W3 is a professional 16-way DiSEqC switch designed for advanced satellite installations. It connects up to 16 LNBs or satellite positions to one satellite receiver and also provides a separate input for a terrestrial DVB-T/T2 signal.

The integrated terrestrial combiner merges the satellite and terrestrial antenna signals onto one common coaxial cable. At the receiver location, the signals are separated using a suitable TV/SAT outlet or diplexer. This provides an efficient installation where both the satellite dish and terrestrial antenna can share the same downlead.

The switch provides configurable operating modes for DiSEqC 1.1 and 1.2. To select all 16 satellite inputs, the receiver must support a compatible extended DiSEqC mode.

Its Profi Class construction offers high isolation between SAT inputs, short-circuit protection, an extended operating-temperature range and a weather-resistant plastic housing. The product can be used with Single, Twin, Quad and Octo LNBs according to the number of receivers or separate switch branches in the system.

🔧 Connection and Operation

Connect each LNB to a separate port marked SAT IN. Connect the terrestrial antenna to the input marked TERR. Connect the common output to the coaxial cable leading to the satellite receiver.

At the receiver location, separate the signals using a compatible TV/SAT outlet or diplexer:

• Connect the SAT output to the satellite receiver’s tuner input

• Connect the TV output to the television’s antenna input or a DVB-T/T2 receiver

Select the appropriate operating mode and configure every satellite position in the receiver menu according to the product’s connection table. The receiver must support DiSEqC 1.1 or 1.2 to use all 16 inputs.
