Product Description:

Give your 4G connection better reception opportunities with Xtreme Zigmax – a parabolic MIMO directional antenna for fixed installations where reception needs improvement. It combines a large grid reflector with two antenna connections and is designed for compatible routers and modems operating within 1700–2700 MHz.

When a router’s built-in antennas provide insufficient reception, an external antenna in a carefully selected position can be a valuable step towards a better connection. Xtreme Zigmax is aligned towards a selected base station, concentrating transmission and reception in that direction. It is particularly suitable for homes, holiday properties and business premises with space to install and accurately align a larger outdoor antenna.

The parabolic grid reflector has a stated antenna gain of 2 × 24 dBi. Specified beamwidths of 12° horizontally and 18° vertically provide a focused directional pattern. Careful alignment is therefore essential to finding the position and direction that deliver the best signal quality.

Two antenna connections support 2×2 MIMO with compatible equipment. Both connections are provided in the same antenna assembly, avoiding the need to install two separate antennas for a two-port installation. Under suitable conditions, this can help improve connection stability and data speeds.

The antenna covers 1700–2700 MHz, including frequencies used by LTE bands B1, B3, B7, B40 and B41. It suits installations using these bands with a router that provides matching support.

Two antenna cables with SMA male connectors are included. Choose 2 × 5 metres or 2 × 10 metres according to the distance between the antenna and equipment. The five-metre option suits routers positioned close to the antenna, while the ten-metre option provides greater cable routing flexibility.

With a powder-coated aluminium construction and a reflector measuring approximately 60 × 90 cm, Xtreme Zigmax is an option for users who want to optimise a fixed 4G installation through directional reception, suitable positioning and careful alignment.

✅ Benefits

  • Parabolic directional design. Concentrates transmission and reception towards a selected base station.
  • Stated antenna gain of 2 × 24 dBi. For installations where a highly directional antenna is desired.
  • 2×2 MIMO in one antenna assembly. Two connections for compatible routers and modems.
  • 1700–2700 MHz frequency coverage. Includes frequencies used by LTE bands B1, B3, B7, B40 and B41.
  • Two cable options. Choose 5 or 10 metres per cable.
  • SMA male connectors on both cables. For compatible SMA female antenna ports.
  • Powder-coated aluminium alloy. Grid reflector for a fixed antenna installation.

🎯 Ideal for

  • Homes and holiday properties with weak 4G reception within 1700–2700 MHz.
  • Fixed broadband installations where the antenna can face a suitable base station.
  • Routers and modems with two compatible SMA female antenna ports and external MIMO antenna support.
  • Compatible models from brands such as Huawei, ZTE and GreenPacket, subject to connector and frequency checks.
  • Locations with space for an approximately 60 × 90 cm reflector and stable mounting.

🔧 Connection and use

Check that your router or modem supports the frequency bands used at the installation site and has compatible antenna connections. The antenna is specified for 1700–2700 MHz, so it does not cover frequencies such as 700, 800 or 900 MHz.

Install the antenna on a stable mounting point according to the product’s installation instructions. Choose a location with the clearest practical path towards the base station.

Connect both SMA male connectors to the equipment’s matching antenna ports. Enable external antennas in the router settings if required.

The narrow directional pattern means small adjustments can affect reception. Adjust gradually, allow signal readings to update and compare signal quality and connection performance before securing the final position.

Choose the shortest cable option that reaches your equipment. Protect exposed connections against moisture, provide cable strain relief and avoid sharp bends and unnecessary extensions.
